Inclusive equity builds a culture of respect for the contributions of all people, where fairness and equality of opportunity leads to diverse outcomes.  This work is rewarding from the standpoint that we can positively impact individuals, businesses, and communities by empowering and equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to facilitate progressive and sustainable economic, social, environmental, and political growth related to the food system.  This is accomplished by creating spaces where diverse collectives of individuals interact with the goal of sharing the knowledge and resources necessary to drive individual productivity and community viability and sustainability.
