Meet Marcus A. Coleman
Dr. Marcus A. Coleman is an experienced educator with a professional career that is defined by a mixture of agriculture, food system, and student engagement roles. Coleman engages diverse communities by following the core themes of respect, integrity, service, and unity.
Coleman currently serves as a Professor of Practice in the School of Liberal Arts at Tulane University with a joint appointment in the Department of Economics and the Strategy, Leadership, and Analytics Minor.
Through his current work, Coleman seeks to foster equitable and sustainable food systems via leadership development and community engagement that are inclusively beneficial to all, economically, socially, environmentally, and politically.
